What do we offer?

• Professional face painting, nail art or a craft table.
• Bouncy castle & soft play hire
• Event ‘Kids zone’ to keep the little ones busy - great for pamper days and family events!
• We are completely self contained and will bring everything we need.
• Risk assessments, enhanced CRB certificates and insurance documents available on request.
• Makaton trained staff available. 
• As a rough guide on average each painter can paint 8 -12 faces per hour.
• Booking times are by the hour and we do not charge for time spent setting up or packing away. 
• Time spent painting after the booked hours will be charged at £7.50 per 15 minute block.
• Available 7 Days & Evenings per Week 

Private events

Perfect for birthday parties, christenings and weddings.  When you are planning a big day its important to consider carefully the experience your family and friends will have during the day. Whilst the ceremony and reception are the focus, there can often be a bit of hanging around time such as during photographs or a room turn around.  A great way to fill such gaps is with a Busydays face painter. We can provide our own table, chairs and gazebo (if needed).

Corporate, Promotional events & Open Days

Face painting can be used in many ways by companies to either further their corporate aims or provide rewards to staff and families.  Lots of happy faces provide fantastic photographic opportunities, and keep younger ones well entertained. We can provide our own table, chairs and gazebo (if needed).

Community events

Carnivals, festivals & fetesBusydays is happy to pay a stall holder fee; and in return we charge customers an agreed price per face.  This is usually between £1 and £3.50 per face depending on the location and event.  Alternatively, we are happy to donate an agreed percentage of our profits in exchange for a waived stallholder fee. Another option is for a sponsor to pay our hourly rate so that we can offer free face painting.  We will happilydisplay a sign saying:‘FREE face painting kindly sponsored by …..’

Charity Events

Busydays is committed to helping support local charities.  Each year we undertake charitable work, totally free of charge for a small number of charities.   Please contact Steve or Jenny if you would like us to consider your charity.  Busydays is happy to offer our services and time for free, charging the public a fee per face with 10% going to the charity.  We would normally only charge between £1 and £2.50 per face for charitable events.

Please note: Chairty applications for 2011 are now closed.  If you would like to put forward your charity for work in 2012 please contact us at mail@busydays.co.uk as soon as possible.

Alternatively we are happy for a sponsor to pay our hourly rate so that we can offer free face painting.  We will happily display a sign saying ‘FREE face painting kindly sponsored by …..’ Please provide the charity’s full name and registration number when booking.

Adult / evening Face painting

Face painting doesn’t have to mean full face tigers and butterflies! From funky arm or ankle tattoos to sexy swirls and eye masks; adult face painting can add fun, glamour and giggles to any event.  Perfect for hen nights, office parties and even student or night club events. The following prices are as a guide.  Please get in touch with Jenny for an exact quote.
