ORDERING

How do I make a Purchase?

Online

1.To add an item to your cart simply choose the quantity you require and click  'add to cart'.

2. When you have finished your selection,you will be forwarded to our payment handling providers 'PayPal'. They will then request your credit or debit card details.  Busydays does not have access to your card details when your order is placed via our website. 

3. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.

Telephone / fax or postal orders
If you would prefer not to pay online we can take your order over the telephone, by fax or by post. When your order is placed over the phone, by fax or at one of our product parties we will need to know your card details for us to process your order via Paypal.

Your card details will be immediately destroyed by Busydays once they have been used to process your order. We will NEVER store your card details. Please contact us to place a order or for further information.

DELIVERY

How much is delivery?

Orders of over £45.00 including VAT are delivered free of charge, orders below this will be subject to a £3.49 inclusive of VAT packing and postage charge. This applies to customers within mainland UK only, excluding the Highlands of Scotland. We currently only accept orders from customers within mainland UK. Customer orders outside this area will be accepted at our discretion.

When will my goods arrive?

Our aim is to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receipt of your order via our own couriers or 1st class post, but please allow up to 10 working days.

What if my goods are not in stock?

All items are generally available within 48 hours but please allow working 10 days.  We have access to a large stock of most items. When we don't have an item in stock we can 'back order' it for you. This means we will reserve the item for you and send it to you when it becomes available.  We will E-mail or telephone to advise you of this and will offer you an alternative if one exsists. Back orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to dispatch.

REFUNDS

What about my consumer rights?

Busydays will always work within the terms and the spirit of the Distance Selling Regulations and all current UK consumer protection legislation.

How can I cancel an order?

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website** for a full refund.

**Within seven days of delivery, if the items are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. Items must be returned to Busydays, in secure packaging in there original condition these will be collected by our couriers or you will be asked to return them via registered post, the cost of which will also be refunded.

Please contact Customer Services to obtain a returns number prior to returning the goods.

You will receive refunds within 30 days of the product being returned to Busydays.

This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.

Do you have a privacy policy?

At Busydays we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. Busydays does not share or sell personal information with any third parties.

What information do you collect? and how do you use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, and credit or debit card details*. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order.

We ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order or to arrange delivery.

We have a policy of not contacting any of our retail customers with any unsolicited offers or communications, we will only contact you if there is a problem with an order, to arrange delivery of orders or in reply to a direct request.  However, you can join our free mailing list to recieve information on offers, new products and promotions.  To join simply fill in the 'Mailing List' box in the lefthand menu.

You have the right to see personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) that we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect please do not hesitate to contact our customer services.

*Busydays does not have access to your card details, this is done through our payment agents 'PayPal' via a secure server with 128 bit encryption. This is for our customers protection. When your order is placed over the phone, by Fax or at one of our product parties, we will need to know your card detai
