Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions - if you are unsure of anything not covered, please contact us we'll be happy to answer any of your questions!

- How long is a Busydays party?

Our standard parties are two hours long, including 30 minutes for food.

- Are the entertainers CRB checked?

Yes, all Busydays staff have had fully enhanced CRB checks.  All parties will also have a fully trained first aider on hand. 

- How long have you been in business?

Busydays has been trading since 2008.

- Do you offer themed parties?

We want your childs party to be just right.  We will work with you to ensure they get what they want on the day.  We can incoropate any theme(s) into our craft activities and games.

- Can you provide references from previous clients?

Yes, we would be happy to provide testominals and references on request.

- Do you find the venue?

We are happy to help you and make suggestions but we do not supply the venue.

- Do you theme the venue?

We are happy to offer our decorating service. 

-What do you proivde?

Along with each party package we supply the entertainer/s, a sound system and music. We also provide adequate table and / or floor coverings.

- Do you provide the caterers?

Not at present.  We can provide a homemade birthday cake.

- Can you supply the birthday cake?

We can arrange a homemade cake as party of our optional extras.  Our cakes are provided by Sharon Walker of Cakes by Sharon Walker. Whether it’s a surprise or planned celebration, a special Birthday, Anniversary or Christening, Sharon will work with you to provide a unique cake for that special occasion

- How do I book?

- Do you require a deposit?

We do require a £25.00 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
