We are always happy to travel to your party. If a party is not within a 10 mile radius of our office address in Horsham, we would need to charge a mileage fee. We base our mileage charge on HM Revenue & customs recommendation of 40p per mile. This starts at the 10 mile mark, eg: If your address is 11 miles from our RH12 2DT address, we will only charge £0.80 in travel expences (£0.40 each way). Once we have the full address we use the RAC mileage calculator to work out the travel cost.
