Party booking form

Booking your Busydays party is easy.

All you have to do is complete our booking form, and pay a £25 non-refundable deposit.

Once we have your completed booking form, we will check availability and email you a link to confirm your booking details and pay the £25 deposit.
(This may take up to 48 hours, Monday-Friday only)

Once we have recieved the £25 deposit your party date will be reserved and you will be sent confirmation in writing either by post or email. Your FREE invitations will be sent by post*.

All Busydays invitations are on high quality A5, 300g Semi-gloss Double Sided Artboard.*

*Invitations for Diva, Superstar & Fashion show parties are currently only available to download.

Please note baby and toddler parties are 1.5 hours.
All other parties are 2 hours including time for food.

Please provide the full postal code and any helpful instructions which may make it easier for us to find.

Please give an indication of the number of guests you expect to invite. You will be asked to confirm the number of guests a few days before the party date. We will charge a minimum of the confirmed number of guests. Please remember our parties are for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 24 guests.
