How our 4 step booking process works:
 

1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
Start by contacting us to check availability.  Once we are confident we can fulfil your booking we will tell you exactly how much your booking will cost, including any travel expenses.  Please include the postcode, as the total cost of your Busydays face painter MAY include travel expenses. We base our mileage charge on HM Revenue & customs recommendation of 45p per mile. This starts at the 10 mile mark, e.g.: If your address is 11 miles from our nearest Busydays face painter, we will only charge £0.90 in travel expenses (£0.45 each way). 2. ONCE WE HAVE EMAILED YOU BACK & CONFIRMED OUR AVAILABILITY YOU COMPLETE OUR BOOKING FORM

3. ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE FORM WE WILL ARRANGE FOR A PAYPAL INVOICE.  
SIMPLY PAY A MINIMUM OF £25 TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING.

Busydays require £25 minumum payment / booking fee in order to secure your booking and reserve your booking date and time.


4.CONFIRMED BOOKING
We will send you a confirmation email once we have recieved your £25 payment.  Your balance will be due ten days before the date you have booked us for.  We will also send a copy of our risk assessment and insurance documents if requested.
